how to make a java UI for a prolog program?

Hi, I'd like to make a Java UI for a prolog program, I look for a simple and free (I wont buy any software) way.
I also would like my clients would execute my java program without even know there is a prolog running underneath. If it's possible to compile and use JNI to acess it, I'd like to hear that solution too. I have no idea how to query the prolog binary functions. Please, full examples and details if possible.
ps: I use linux.
