Browse All TopicsWhen I enter my password, Using Internet Explorer 6, to log into the Trend Worry Free web console an error is produced: Object doesn't support this property or Method.
I am attempting to access from a Windows 2003 SBS SP2 computer.
The Worry Free Console is listed in the Trusted Sites of Internet Explorer.
This error occurs under the administrator account as well as other accounts to include those with administrative rights on this Server.
I can successfully access Worry Free from other computers on the network normally. It is only access from the server that I have the above issue.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Trend: Same problem still exsists.
I have phoned Trend Micro and after running through some permission checks in IIS, restarting some services; the same problem exsists. Trend have advised the problem is with the Browser and not related to the Trend Worry Free console.
I have since upgraded Internet Explorer to version 7 and the same problem exsists.
I was able to access the console under a month ago and am uncertain what has changed to cause the problem. No Windows Updates have been applied recently nor software upgrades.
Interestingly I have a simalar issue on a different Windows 2003 Standard server for a different client.
We use Worry Free for nearly 100 + clients, I have not come accross this before, bar these two.

The 'Encrypt Class' add-on from Trend Micro may be damaged. The file is called AtxEnc.dll and can be found in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files.
onsole/htm l/root/Atx Enc .cab
In Internet Explorer, click Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage Add-ons.
Select to show 'Downloaded ActiveX Controls' and locate the add-on. Delete it - it will reinstall automatically when you try to access the page. If you want to be sure, it will be located in https://<server>.local/SMB/c
