cannot get pogo to work java

I cannot get pogo to work with java.  When I test to see if java is working on my computer, it show it working.  I have Vista Ultimate installed, explorer 7.  I have cleared cache.  I have tried Mozzilla, java works with Mozzilla, but cannot get pogo to load because it says I have popup blocker on.  I use Advance Toolbar.
