If any certification is not required then why my (swing components) applet is not working/visible on any browser, above answer is not satisfieing me.

I heard about some certification required for that, but exactly what is that ? and what procedure should require to follow ?

You don't necessarily need a certificate - it depends on whether your applet is doing anything restricted. If it is, then you need to sign it, which is where certificates come in. You'll need two, one for Netscape and one for IE.
