You didn't get any answer however I can take some time to explain you why:
In order to run Java applications, the system should contain a Java Runtime Environment. Without this, you cannot run java programs. JRE comes with Java development kit and/or it can be downloaded separately from:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1
and you can distribute it with your application. Some of the commercial installation tools can install the Java Runtime Environment before installing the Java program.
