Secure when Connect to Oracle DB

Hi,

I'm helping my colleague to ask this question.

I've create a file to call db.propeties, this is the sample for my code:

url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(HOST=192.168.1.41)(PROTOCOL=tcp)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME = tigerhour)))

This file will put in my tomcat classes path, but it looks like no secure, have any way to encrypt the file and i also want to decrypt the file. And i read some pages, it intro me use the oracle.net package, i am no familiar in it, and when i write my code like this:

import java.io.*;
import java.util.*;
import java.sql.*;
import oracle.net.ns.*;
import oracle.net.ano.*;

and i complete it and it show me the error, i have the oracle JDBC driver in the computer. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
