how do you try to open the AboutForm.java file

Can't open editor to design Java form. Help me
Hi all,
I use Visual J++ for compile Java file to Exe file.
But I can't view Designer. For example: When I want to edit form that name is AboutForm.java I get error message:
"There is no editor available for
C:\....\AboutForm.java"
Please point me the way to visual edit java form.

u can use the editor but u need to use WIN98 OS and it will not work in anyother OS
