I've an html and I want to get it as UTF without any Text formating like <b> <i> etc ... all html tags removed ans   as space <br> as \n etc

That's a bit of a contradiction in terms. An UTF unformatted string would be a collection of bytes and therefore not a string at all.
We might be able to advise better if you'd tell us what you're trying to do.
