Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Random number with no duplicates

Hello Everyone,

I have numbers 0 to 19 and I need to generate a subset of these numbers randomly avoiding duplicates.  This subset can be generating 10 numbers out of the given 20 numbers (0-19). For example:
Numbers: 1 - 19
Generate 10 numbers: 3,6,5,4,8,11,14,1,2,17 (random numbers)

I checked API but it just talks about generating random numbers with duplicates. Is there any method available for this scenario or otherwise how do I need to do it? Thanks for any help!
