java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name

My program is giving this error

Exception in thread "main" java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle
 for base name com.www.ldap.LdResources, locale en_US
        at java.util.ResourceBundle.throwMissingResourceException(ResourceBundle
.java:707)
        at java.util.ResourceBundle.getBundleImpl(ResourceBundle.java:678)
        at java.util.ResourceBundle.getBundle(ResourceBundle.java:554)
        ................

My project files are arranged as:

MyProject FOLDER --> consists of:-

ResourceFile Forlder (Contains ResourceBundle properties file called Res.properties)    
+   programFolder called J2

J2 have following folders
classes  
+   src  (src consists of folder LD and LD has two classes -->
                first class = ResourceBundle class
                2nd file = File that uses ResourceBundle class named LdResources)

Can any one help me to resolve this issue. If the directions are vague, please post your question and I will reply. Thank you in advance.
