Hi, I have a registration page. When user type login name, I need to check immediately whether this login name is used or not in database. So that he or she could change login name immediately. I welcome other solution. But one solution would be using ajax with existing struts2 code.
My current codes in JSP are as follows:

<h4> login name </h4>
<s:textfield name="registration.name" maxlength="80"><div id="replace me">... </div>
</s:form>
Suppose my ajax action in struts.xml is ajaxAction. How shall I modify this jsp so that when onmouseout event occurs, I could check the login name whether it is used already or not in the db.
