What is Java Exception error '80004005'

One of my Internet application keep giving our users with the following error message whenever they do not reflect the web page for too long:
Java Exception error '80004005'
java.lang.NullPointerException
/application path/program_name.asp, line 54

In the past, this application has never have such problem, but of late, it has become too frequent, what is the cause and how to overcome it?  Start Free Trial
