I want to silently uninstall an application that is using Java Runtime 1.4.2.12 UK 5103.

When try to uninstall the application,  java.exe still has files in use.  Killing java.exe solves the problem but is not an option because other applications might be using java.exe.   I would like to be able to make sure the the files in the application directory are no longer in use without killing java.exe.
