Browse All TopicsI installed software to help me sync multiple iPods in conjunction with a sync/charging station. The software seems to be installed, the icon appears on the desktop, but when I try to open it, I get the error messge attached.

It seems that the program needs java 1.6 and you have installed java 1.5?
can you check what version of java you have installed?
type in the console the following command: java -version
check also the requirements for the software and please post the full error. On the screenshot is not everything visible ;-)
