Core java application to migrate from solaris to Linux
Hi
I need to migrate existing core java application from Solaris 2.8 to Linux red hat 3.0.
I need to know is there any free tool available to ease this migration.
What are the best practices to follow during this migration ?
Any useful links / content would be helpful.

what happens when you directly deploy and run the application on Linux (the one which is working on solaris).
And secondly do you have the source code of the application as well ?
