System.arraycopy--adding 4 arrays into one

I have a  code like this in my value object

      public LCACellSiteSIDVO[] cellSiteOnly = null;
      public LCACellSiteSIDVO[] cellSiteHomeSid = null;
      public LCACellSiteSIDVO[] servingSidHomeSid = null;
      public LCACellSiteSIDVO[] servingSidOnly = null;
      public LCACellSiteSIDVO[] showAll = null;


      public VO[] getShowAll() {

            //show all shows combination of all the other arrays
            int cellSiteOnlySize = 0;
            int cellSiteHomeSidSize = 0;
            int servingSidHomeSidSize = 0;
            int servingSidOnlySize = 0;

            if (CellSiteOnly != null) {
                  cellSiteOnlySize = cellSiteOnly.length;
            }
            if (cellSiteHomeSid != null) {
                  cellSiteHomeSidSize = cellSiteHomeSid.length;
            }
            if (servingSidHomeSid != null) {
                  servingSidHomeSidSize = servingSidHomeSid.length;
            }
            if (servingSidOnly != null) {
                  servingSidOnlySize = servingSidOnly.length;
            }
            
                int totalsize = cellSiteOnlySize+cellSiteHomeSidSize+servingSidHomeSidSize+servingSidOnlySize;
            
            if (totalsize > 0) {
                  LCACellSiteSIDVO[] combinedRows = new LCACellSiteSIDVO[totalsize];
                  if (cellSiteOnlySize > 0) {
                        System.arraycopy(cellSiteOnly, 0, combinedRows, 0, cellSiteOnlySize);
                  }
                  if (cellSiteHomeSidSize > 0) {
                        System.arraycopy(cellSiteHomeSid, 0, combinedRows, cellSiteOnlySize, cellSiteHomeSidSize);                        
                  }
                  if (servingSidHomeSidSize > 0) {
                        System.arraycopy(servingSidHomeSid, 0, combinedRows, cellSiteHomeSidSize, servingSidHomeSidSize);
                  }
                  if (servingSidOnlySize > 0) {
                        System.arraycopy(servingSidOnly, 0, combinedRows, servingSidHomeSidSize, servingSidOnlySize);
                  }
                  return combinedRows;
            }
            return null;
      }


The basic aim is to copy all the array(s) to combinedRows.

cellSiteHomeSid   has two rows and servingSidHomeSid has 4 rows and servingSidOnly has 1 row. But for some reason
combinedRows has only cellSiteHomeSid rows and servingSidHomeSid rows. Its not adding servingSidOnly rows.

any idea why its not adding.
