Intranet and Google Search function

I currently use a search function on my Intranet to search google.  I need a way to select a radio button to either search my internal Intranet or to search outside on google.  I can't use the javascript I'm using now because the Intranet is internal.  I didn't particularly want to install something for this.

Is there a code that allows me to do this?  Below is what I'm currently using to search google.

This isn't what I'm looking for.  It's a hosted solution and my Intranet is internal and private.

you can't use google if its internal oand private, it has no way of seeing your pages.
you will have to install something yourself internally

i think the solution by vickatlinux is what I'm looking for.  I don't do php really so what am I supposed to do here?  My assumption is to find an intranet search function and it goes where you have //your intranet search script.?

Am I on the right track?

Also, I tested just the code above using the google search option and the page just refreshes when I click the Search button.  What's going on with that?

Ignore the part about the page refreshing with the Google search, that's working now.

I have found a script that works standalone.  Below is the code that I use on my index.php page to perform the Intranet search only function.

If I implement that script into the part of the code suggested above by vickatlinux, then my whole page goes blank.  What do I do now?
