With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. calling hibernate from filter class-- seq issue

Hi,
I am trying to call insert query on a table for whch primary key is incremented through database sequence from a filter class.

My requirement is to log all request details in database. So in filter i am checking all deails and trying to insert in database. If I try to save same object from any class other than filter than it incrments the value.

But here seq is generating same no everytime and s not incrementing the value. Experts can you please help me on this. Demo code is displayed below:
