Java Data structure

Can someone give me some pointers on building up Java data structure. I know it sounds vague..I am looking to reduce the footprint in the JVM. So I have a row of data with a few doubles, ints, and a string. I want to put this effeciently in memory.. I am looking at 200 million of those, I can make a light weight object to do so, but is there a better way?
