I have just receivd my nice new Cisco 1800 series router and am trying to do the initial setup.  When I try to run the Cisco CP Express I get the following:

Cisco CP express application could not be lunched.  If CP Express is launched using https try the following steps and relaunch cp express.  1.Disable TLS option in JRS Setting[Jave control panel->Advanced->Security]

Good afternoon.

I'm having this same problem and I already confirmed that I have the "Use TLS1.0" option unchecked.

What version of JRE do we need to have installed?

Please advice,

 -Adrian
Getting the "disable TLS option in JRE Settings(Java Control Panel -> Advanced -> Settings"

The Use TLS 1.0  option box is unchecked and I am still getting the message.

Running JRE (32 bit) 1.7

Should I be running a different version?
