how to create a Web Service using Java ?

Hi,
Can you please let me know how to create a Web Service using Java?

I have the wsdl. The methods that I want to use in the wsdl are lockGeck and saveGeck. Once I do lockGeck, I will modify a field and then I will save it.

If you can let me know how I can do it in general with a simple example, I would really appreciate.

I implemented it using Tomcat and Axis and it was pretty simple,
but I don't have my code at hand, but
this one which comes up one of the first on Google seems to be a simple example:
