certificate cannot be verified when installing Java (part of Blackberry Enterprise Server requirement)

I think I'm missing a root certificate.  Any ideas what it is or where I can locate it?  Can someone shed some light?   Please view screen capture.

thanks!

The one that comes with BES Express is 6_18.  I have also tried 6_31, which produces the same error.
In general I'm pretty sure you can proceed - I've heard this warining with recent java from many people, but never hearad any real problems associated with installation of java from any oracle site or java.com

basically, as part of the installation of BES Express, it tries to install 6_18.  When the error comes up, the entire BES installation bombs out due to this error.
It asks you if you want to proceed - what happens if you say proceeed - see your screen ?

As a test, I have installed Java 6_31 on another Windows 2008 server and there are no errors.
I think you can disable this check if you go to Internet Options - Advanced - Security
and disable all items releted to check cerificates

As for Java 6_31, I can proceed and it will complete the installation.  When I go through the BESx installation, once I tell it to proceed, the BESx installation bombs out.

i will give the internet options security setting a try shortly.  Going to bed now.   This is troublesome as I have been trying to solve this for couple of days already.
what is your OS , is it windos 7 ?

Windows server 2008 R2 SP1
In the Internet Options - Advanced - Security - also check the box:

Allow software to run and install eveen if signature is invalid

After installation of BES  - better uncheck this checkbox
also check if in the installation of BES there is a possibility to bypass java installation if
you already have Java Installed

I thought that by installing 6_31 from the java.com website will allow BESx to detect that there is a version of Java installed, which is why I installed it, but it didn't help.  BESx insists on Java 6_18.  Dumbest thing I've ever seen, but it is what it is.
Then still try to disablke security in iternet options - maybe that would help

I will try soon.  Someone else is doing work on the server now so I have to wait until I gain access again to test out your suggestion.  I will keep you posted once I do that.  But I doubt it will be that soon since I'm about to drop dead due to lack of sleep.
Sure, certainly no rush - rather have some sleep
