I used to be able to open this applet included in a htm file by double clicking on it (2 years ago). But now upon opening it with chrome, it asks me:<br />

Java needs your permission to run [Run this time] &nbsp;[Always run on this site] <br />
<br />
No matter which option I choose, it gives me &quot;Application Blocked By Security Setting.&quot; This message is also shown on the attached image.<br />

Question: How (in details please) can I pacify the security temporarily in order to be able to open this htm file?<br />
