Where can I find UML Class diagram examples(real world) of Design Patterns?

Hi Experts,

Can someone refer me a website or source material with real world(concrete examples)  UML Class diagrams to understand Design Patterns (Observer, Visitor, Singleton,Factory method, Abstract factory, Composite, Decorator).

Thanks for the links, they are helpful.
But could you please provide me some good UML class diagrams as examples for these patterns. I am looking for applications of design patterns through UML.
