monitor folder contents

Tags: parsing, monitor, sitescope, folder content, parse, LogParse

Need to setup a monitor, to monitor folder contents (# of files) based on a given date/time range.
If folder contains less then 100 files between yesterday 9pm - today 3 am, give an alarm.

Sitescope and logparsing can be used, not sure how to implement this.
