Delphi 2007 bug , not showing windows standard cut,copy,paste dialog (right click mouse)

Hi
I have complled some delphi 7 code in delphi2007 , the cuse has picked up a problem
If they try and copy some text from one edit box tonother and press right click on there mouse they cannot see the windows default copy,cut and paste dialog

All help would be appreciated
