How to retrieve full domain of current logged user ?

I want to retrieve full domain address from current logged user.

Example :
if alex is member on domain : "office.company.com"  or jimmy is member of : "itdept.office.company.com", then how to get that domain path ?

I was searching function for a week but found nothing except only got function to retrieve DNS of domain (mostly the primary domani) and current domain ("office" or "itdept"), not the whole of it.

is there any way, maybe function or API to retrieve full domain path of current logged user ?
