How can I buy a Delphi 7 Personal Edition Disk?

Dear Experts,
I would like to buy an old Delphi 7 Personal Edition Disk.  I believe at one stage they were being given away with computer magazines in Europe.  I would prefer not to use a freeware version (for personal conscience reasons - sorry just shoot me).  

Can anyone recommend a good source for this. Ebay and the more famous cheap software vendors do not seem to have an option.  I have a feeling I once read a Web page by some kind of Delphi 7 fan club that was trying to buy up these disks but I cannot find that Web page now.
