Download database from MYSQL into ADOQuery delphi 2009

I have made an app with database (ms access, linked to a ADOQuery), I also have an online database, with which I can connect through ODBC.
The question I have is, how to get all the records from the online database and replace the database (local) through ADOQuery.

copy your online database to your computer.Then set the ADOConnection1 connection string to use this database.Then just set your adoqueery1 so it uses the ADOConnection1.
that is if the databases are the same...
if the online database is access and local mysql then you will have to do a conversion.How to do that :
