unable to link fieldnames to right datasource (table) on separate bands.
I created banded table view for 1st table and added extra bands but cant get tables under these bands.

i'm not following what you want with the grouping and visualization ...
i'm thinking you will need a vertical grid for this
because this will result in different numbers of rows per workplace_id
and a pivot and that's what the vertical grid does
or a pivotgrid
with quantumgrid you would need to do it in code
i'll try a sample

set up a banded table view
add 4 columns, set 1 on each band
set the fieldnames
and presto
or did you want to automate this ?
then you will have to create the columns manually and provide some distinction in your sql
select 'TABLE_A' table_a, a.*, 'TABLE_B' table_b, b.*, 'TABLE_C' table_c, c.*
from table_a a, table_b b, table_c c
where a.id_a = b.id_a
and b.id_b = c.id_b
then the first time you open the table on the view
