In your project view right click on References and click Add Reference. Go to the COM imports tab and look up the equivalent COM object (in this case I think "Microsoft Excel 11.0 Object Library" sounds about right). The components you are looking for were simply a wrapper for the COM functionality that made them easier to use, I guess they have not been redone for .NET at this time. Your code should not be difficult to cross over since it is based on the same COM objects.
