Turning Page Component

I'm developing a book software. This software is a full featured library program which allow users to open and view the book in fully 3D Environment that simulate the book visually which user can turn the book page by page.

There are some flash components like Turning Page, FlippingBook, etc for this. As I know there is not such component for Delphi.

What is the best flash component for this? Is there and OpenGL or DirectX component which work faster in Delphi?
