Feed a list of URLs, and get back the HTML (then search the HTML)

I will have a list of dozens (or hundreds) of URLs, I want to be able to automatically visit each URL and extract the HTML so that I can search it for a link to an image. I can also accept a solution where the size of the URL's source is shown, for example if I'm looking for all URL's whose source is less than 1.5KB.
Need clarification? Just ask!

I am using Windows XP, I have access to a server, and I can program in Delphi.
