Hi,
I got it !!!!!

Yhe only drawback is that the text gets cut off after it reaches the column with that you set for each column. If you have a look I set the the column with to the bigger of either the size of the Columns Display text, or the desired length (ColumnWidth) in the Procedure call.

This is just the first attempt and i will be reworking it soon.

all you neet is a TRvProject and a TRvSystem in your project, no predifined reports or anything.

Just pass the TRvSystem.BaseReport and a TDataSet to the procedure.

PrintTable(RvSystem1.BaseReport, ADODataSet1);

procedure TForm1.PrintTable(BaseReport: TBaseReport; Dataset: TADODataSet; LastColumn: Integer = 0; ColumnWidth: Integer=2);
var
  l_Index       : Integer;
  l_FirstCol    : Integer;
  l_LastCol     : Integer;

  l_ColWidth    : Double;

  l_EndOfPage   : Boolean;

begin
  //Check for active dataset
  if not(Dataset.Active) then
  begin
    try
      Dataset.Open;
    except
      on E: Exception do
      begin
        ShowMessage(E.Message);
        exit;
      end;
    end;
  end;

  //Create header
  BaseReport.NewLine;
  BaseReport.AdjustLine();
  BaseReport.GotoXY(2, BaseReport.YPos);
  BaseReport.SetFont('Arial',18);
  BaseReport.FontColor := clRed;
  BaseReport.Print('Dynamic Columns in Rave');
  BaseReport.NewLine;
  BaseReport.GotoXY(BaseReport.LeftWaste + 0.45, BaseReport.YPos);
  BaseReport.ClearTabs;
  BaseReport.SetFont('Arial', 8);
  BaseReport.Bold := True;

  //Set Variables
  l_EndOfPage := false;
  l_LastCol := LastColumn;
  l_FirstCol := l_LastCol;

  //Create Columns by checking the nuber of columns that can be on a single page
