zebra p120i cardprinter prints only b/w

using a zebra p120i cardprinter, printing results only in black/white. if we print the same job to an usual color printer, the result is as expected, but printing to Zebra P120i the cards are only B/W.
Test-print on the P120i performs OK.
What do we wrong, what can we do better?

We print with a delphi 6 programm (unit printers and so on).

I asked customer support at zebra.com, but dont get answer.
