Keyboard return codes (ASCII Values of keys)

What are the ASCII values of the following keys: Function keys (F1-F12),
Shift, Ctrl, Alt. How do I check the ASCII values of these keys in the OnKeyDown event of a DB grid
(if key = ?)?

you can use VK_F1..VK_F12 for the function keys;

In the OnKeyDown event you can do this:

if ssAlt in Shift then
....

To check to see if the alt key was depressed.

Or this:

if Char = VK_F12 then
  // handle F12...
