Create bitmap from array.

I know that manipulating bitmap's pixels is quite slow, even with scanline. So I want to create 2 dimensional array of TColor and I want to create bitmap based from that array.
So, each time I have to manipulate the pixels, I manipulate the array and then recreate any bitmap, and put that bitmap to screen.

How to create a bitmap basing from :
const
mwidth = 300;
mheight = 200;

Var MyBitmap : Array[0..Mwidth,0..Mheight] of TColor;
