my icon is gone help !

as the title suggests, I have lost my icon and don't know where it is off to. I inherited this app, so I don't know if this was the purpose or not but I don't think so 'cause they seem pretty ancious  to get it back ;-)

things I tried :

delete all dsk, dof, res, etc files and recreated them :
still no icon in windows explorer

i tried adding an icon in project options, but that didn't seem to do me any good.

Any ideas??
