I have seen many examples but i couldnt figure it out. What i am trying to to is. Think about a scanned Image ( it's jpg or gif etc) <br />
its size generally doesnt fit in the panel... about (2000x1800). I Use scroll bar but it's not efficient. i need where i can move the image &nbsp;around using mouse (drag image). I have seen some question and answer theyt are not efficient either...<br />
