How to read temperature/fan from CPU/system?

I want to know temperature from CPU without to install delphi plugins for Motherboad Monitor...

Can I read these values from my CPU - temperature and FAN (RPM)?

I would like to read these values and show in LCD 16x2... The delphi functions to show text/graphics in LCD are ok, but I don't know to get speed of FAN and temperature from CPU/system.

My motherboard is M810LR with sis chipset
