Compare DateTimePicker with Now

in order to use incminute function you need to include DateUtils (uses DateUtils;)

you can also use incsecond function


if
datetimepicker1.DateTime>  IncSecond(now, 60)
then showmessage('DateTimePicker > Now + 60sec : true ')
else showmessage(' 'DateTimePicker > Now + 60sec :false  ');

If you dont want/can use DateUtils, you can use:

procedure TForm1.Button3Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
  if DateTimePicker1.DateTime > ( Now+StrToTime('00:01:00') )
  then ShowMessage('Yes, greater')
  else ShowMessage('No');
end;

If DateTimePicker2.Time<incminute(now, 1)  then
 Begin
 ShowMessage('Please choose a time that is, at least'+#10#13+
 '60 seconds before the current system time.');
 End Else
 ShowMessage('Time ok.');

I'm doing this and no matter what i put in the DateTimePick i get the message with the error.

Is it a problem that i have DateTimePicker setted 24h (HH:mm:ss) ?

No... the problem is that you are using DateTimePicker1.Time instead of DateTimePicker.DateTime

You have 2 options:

If DateTimePicker1.Time<Time+StrToTime('00:01:00')

Or

If DateTimePicker1.DateTime<Now+StrToTime('00:01:00')

Now include the actual date + Actual time  :)

Date : Actual date
Time : Actual Time
Now : Actual date + Actual Time

Now what ever i do it shows ok. !!!

Try this with (< or = or >):

If i put < or = i ALWAYS get ok
If i put > i always get Wrong... No matter what is in the Picker.

I suppose that you change only time, so maybe you have wrong date in date property
try with this

datetimepicker1.Date:=now;
If DateTimePicker1.Time>now then

 End Else ShowMessage('Ok');

I did drink a lot coffe today thats true.
But in the last..last example (If DateTimePicker1.Time>Time then...)
I compare Time with Time. And again i got the same results no matter what was in the
DateTimePicker... :/

I have this code to show the time goes before user clicks on DateTimePicker. Then CurrentTimer stops.
So i allready got time and date set to current time and date. But i stille get the wrong results.
