We suppose that we have a WAVE file and we convert it to MP3 Fomat with some Program, Now we convert the MP3 file back to the WAVE format, But the Second WAVE file is different from the First WAVE file (in some bytes).......
I Want this sequence without any change the WAVE file.....

MP3 is a lossy compression format, therefore, when you convert WAV to MP3, there will already be information loss. You will *never* be able to obtain back the original WAV format.

This is similar to BMP <-> JPG conversion, whereby you will not be able to get back the original BMP from JPG.
