That's easy - open form you want to de-inherit in designer, press ALT+F12 (or rightclick and choose View As Text) - change "inherited" to "object" in first line and press ALT+F12 again. Next in code editor change form's type declaration to be inherited from what you want, for example:
was:
type
TForm2 = class(TForm1)
change to:
TForm2 = class(TForm)
and that's all :)
