Knowing SizeOf of next buf

Hi Experts,

I need to store in a stream a series of numbers, the numbers may be of a different types: Integer, Word and Byte. But the numbers types are never in a particular order but as any combination.
It can be like this:

Stream.Write(Integer,SizeOf(Integer));
Stream.Write(Word,SizeOf(Word));
Stream.Write(Word,SizeOf(Word));
Stream.Write(Byte,SizeOf(Byte));

I need to read back from the stream and my question is there a way that I can know which type of SizeOf to read every next buf ?
