Assign tstrings designtime?

I have a component "Tsortgrid" this grid offer a AddRow(ACells: TStrings) procedure.

To add a row to the grid I would like to use something like:
Grid.AddRow('1st col', '2nd col', 3rd col');

Is it possible to assign a tstrings values at designtime?
