If i lock folder from windows, my app mast be able to unlock it

When i worked on this topic it was sufficient when i used rights in windows.

But now i rely need to make use of specials folder only from my app (not from windows).
I have attached second code(small demo) from yours link.
Because i need explanation of it?
Is it that i'm looking for?

i need to unlock my folder when i open my app window (actually it is not a primary window but second (it opens when i press on button on my primary window )).
and to lock it when i close this second window.

I believe that you have understood from topics that i have writhed until now intention to connect more PCs in a net that share one hard disc in a system that we use. And on this disc i need to create special folder which can be accessed only from my app.If one app access to specific file other can not.
For test i have installed my app on two PC-s and it runs fine (when is not locked from windows).
Now if i conclude: If i lock this folder from windows, my app mast be able to unlock it (formCreate) and after task performed(writhing in text documents, ading pictures or excel tables) to lock it again (formClose).

1.In our factory we use more PCs in a net that work not only with their own C:\ HHD but can share R:\ HHD in a system ( on one PC(server)).
2.I have made app which needs/uses a folder on R:\
3. This folder must be locked for other factory users and reachable only from users (factory machine maintenance) that have my app on their PC.

My app mast be able to unlock it (formCreate) and after task performed(writhing in text documents, adding pictures or excel tables) to lock it again (formClose).
