how can i drop a file data to windows desktop or another directory with delphi

I wanna create a shortcut file when u a user drag drop a data from my delphi application to windows selected folder or desktop. I searched some web pages and forum. I learned i have to use OLE Drag Drop operations. can some one have an example code for delphi drag drop to windows directory. All examples is windows to delphi. I wanna help about delphi to windows drag dropping solutions.
