Creating a hyperlink in an excel worksheet

I have a delphi 2006 vcl application that exports data to an excel worksheet using Scalabuim SMExport vcl. In the spreadsheet, I have a column that holds the location of HTML files. I would like the to be able to open the html file when the user clicks on the text in the html field. Can anyone suggest how I would do that in delphi?

I could not get your solution to work. But your solution did start me searching in a direction that provided an answer I could get to work.  I found that I could insert the command "=HyperLink(file address.html) and the link opened the file when clicked.
