Disable ctrl+alt+del

Hi Experts,

I need disable ctrl+alt+del in Windows 7 using Delphi Xe2.
I do not need block the task manager only but the key combination ctrl + alt + del to prevent the user shut down or blocked the computer.

Exist some way to do this ?

in principal as an admin you would use a group policy to prevent the user from doing that
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows-xp/xp-prevent-shutdown/

having a program (which is run by that user) change the behaviour implicitely means that user has admin priviliges to turn it back off and thus allowing reboot again
one thought: you don't have control over the user pulling the electrical cord

Agree this should be done by system admin.

WHy do you need to block shutdown?
User can always turn the system off through the on/off switch or start menu
