perl script to scp files or move files from Unix to Windows

help writting a perl script to sftp or scp files..
I have a Solaris server that is use as a Syslog server.  Now, I would like to start storaging files in a  Windows environment since these files are text files.  This is a daily task since the text files are logs from the Unix server.  Does anyone can help.  I can not do it with ftp and it has to be done once twice a day.  Please help.
